Table Elevation

Ensure that office chairs and desks (tables) are height adjustable, and (assuming optimal body posture) forearm and biceps resp. thigh and shins are at right angles. Angles < 45° can slow the flow of blood to the lower extremities. The feet should stand completely on the ground, anfd the arms are comfortably positoned on the desktop or keyboard.
